Terms and Conditions:

• ONE FARE Pass can be issued to perform all type of journeys ONLY on S2/S2* domestic routes for all direct destinations. Multiple users permitted.
• Lost / Stolen Ticket policy - No refund or replacement tickets will be issued for lost/stolen tickets.
• If the guest wishes to travel on the following sectors, 2 flight coupons have to be surrendered irrespective of direct or non-stop operation. The sectors are as given below:
  • Delhi - Port Blair or Vice Versa
  • Imphal - Bengaluru or Vice Versa
  • Guwahati - Goa or Vice Versa
  • Patna - Goa or Vice Versa
  • Chandigarh -TRV or Vice Versa
  • Ahmedabad - Jorhat or Vice Versa
  • Pune - Guwahati or Vice Versa
  • Pune - Imphal or Vice Versa
  • Pune - Jorhat or Vice Versa
  • Bengaluru - Jorhat or Vice Versa
• Passenger ID Passenger must be advised to carry the photo Identification at the time of travel. The name reflected on the ticket must be the same as that on the Photo ID. Passenger Identification will be required during the entire journey using any of the following –
  
• Passport, Driving License, Voters ID card, PAN card , Photo credit card etc. Children & Infant Discount – Not permitted.
  
• Refund - Totally unutilized Booklet Refund the amount after deducting INR1000 as administration charges. However, partly used Booklet is non refundable.
  
• Extension Validity - The validity of the partly unutilized ONE FARE pass coupons can be extended beyond the expiry date up to 02 months at a charge of INR 500 per flight coupon for Economy. Once extended, coupons can not be extended again.
