- If you have provided your seat preference (window / aisle) in your JetPrivilege profile on our website, your preferred seat would be allocated to you as per availability. If you have pre-reserved a seat at the time of booking, the same would be assigned to you.
- If the preferred seat is unavailable, seats are assigned as per availability using a pre-defined logic.
- If there are more JetPrivilege members in a single PNR, they will have to send a separate SMS with their respective JetPrivilege numbers to check-in.
- You can check-in for all segments on a given day with a single SMS. If you have booked to travel on the next day, you would need to send an SMS again.
